Shipping policy
For packages returned because an incorrect delivery address was provided by the buyer or they were refused or unclaimed at Customs, refunds will only be given after the package has been fully returned to us. Refunds will be reduced by the cost of shipping (both ways, if charged for return shipping).
If an item is not received, please notify us within 30 days. After 45 days, it becomes difficult to track the package. Therefore, no refunds or replacements will be given.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It can take us anywhere from a day to over a week to fulfill orders and get them to the shipping carrier. Typically, it is 1-3 days, but as conditions change, so do our fulfillment times.
Once an item is shipped, it can take anywhere from a day to over a week for USPS to deliver it to you. Delays, especially during the holidays and inclement weather, are common and should be expected.

We currently use USPS to ship.
Tracking shows my order as Delivered. Where is it?
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered and you are not in possession of it, after checking with other members of your household to see if they may have brought it in and placed it in an unusual location, please check with your mail carrier, as USPS logs the GPS coordinates of where a package was delivered and should be able to help you track it down.
If your mail carrier and/or local Post Master can not locate your order, please contact us.
If you believe your package was stolen, please file a police report.

We are located in northern Vermont and ship from there.
